Yes. For most commercial and residential projects we offer a complimentary site assessment and detailed quotation covering products, installation scope, and timelines.

How long does a typical installation take?
Timelines depend on project size. Small office or home setups may be completed in one to two days; larger multi-site deployments are scheduled in phases with a clear project plan.
Do you provide Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?
Yes. AMC packages include periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, priority support, and optional remote monitoring checks for installed systems.
Can I view my cameras remotely on mobile?
Most IP and NVR-based systems we install support secure remote viewing via mobile apps and web clients. We configure access during handover and provide basic user training.
Do you integrate access control with attendance?
Yes. We integrate door access, time attendance, and visitor management systems for offices, factories, schools, and residential communities.
What warranty and support do you offer?
