Quotations and orders
All quotations are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and agreed payment terms. Product specifications and installation scope are as described in the final quotation.
Installation and warranty
Installations are carried out by qualified technicians in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety standards. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment; our workmanship is covered by the terms agreed in your project contract or AMC agreement.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party equipment failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order or service contract.
